Refund Policy — Radiant Peel Co.

Thank you for shopping with Radiant Peel Co. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a positive experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Digital & Cosmetic Product Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final for:

  • Skincare sprays

  • Serums

  • Peel products

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on cosmetic products, even if unopened.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
Because we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations after this window cannot be guaranteed.


4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please check with your neighbors, family members, or building office

  • Contact the carrier directly

Once a package is marked delivered, Radiant Peel Co. is not responsible for replacements or refunds, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.


5. Refund Processing

Refunds (for approved cases such as damaged/incorrect items) are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
